Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 20–25 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return Window & Eligibility

  • Standard Return Window: You have 07 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • European Union Orders: If your order ships to an EU address, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period (see below).

When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. The wrong item was delivered.

  2. One or more of the mentioned accessories are missing from the box.

  3. The item is defective or damaged on arrival (photo evidence required).

Please Note: Returns will not be accepted for issues related to size, fit, or personal preference as per our policy. Used or worn products will not be accepted.


Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • With all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are used, damaged (after delivery), or not in their original condition will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at services@westmonts.shop within 07 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (in case of damage or missing items).

  3. Wait for confirmation — do not send any items back before we authorize the return.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for returning your package.


Damages & Issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and share clear images of the received product.
We’ll review your case and take corrective action — replacement, refund, or exchange as applicable.


Return Method

Returns must be made at a designated drop-off location (instructions will be provided upon approval).


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products once opened (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Restocking Fees

  • Restocking Fee: 0% (no fees) will be charged for approved returns.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the right product is to place a new order once your return is accepted.
This ensures your preferred item doesn’t go out of stock.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at services@westmonts.shop.


European Union (EU) – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
